I did my JEE preparation from May 2014 in Kakadeo, Kanpur and cleared JEE Advanced 2016 and got into IIT Bombay on my very first attempt :D. The notes I’m sharing with you are some 6-7 years old but still, they are in very good condition. I have kept them as an asset because those were the best days of my life and during that time, I was the best of myself and so each and everything related to that time is just invaluable to me.

This question in JEE Advanced 2020 directly came from my notes. It was in Mathematics Paper 2 under Numerical Answer Type Section of +4/0.

Currently, I have only 25% of my JEE study material with me. Around 25% of my JEE study material is in my hometown and 50% of my JEE study material is in my college because I left IITB on 16th March 2020 due to COVID-19 and still haven't been there for more than a year. Currently, I’m working at a Coaching Institute as a Mathematics Instructor and Mentor and when other faculties of my institute see my old JEE notes, they just couldn’t stop themselves from praising my notes and me as well :P.

WHAT IS THE FIRST YEAR SYLLABUS AT IIT BOMBAY?

In IIT Bombay, the first-year syllabus is almost the same for all the students irrespective of their department. WHAT ARE THOSE SPECIFIC TOPICS THAT ARE THERE IN JEE MAIN SYLLABUS BUT THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN JEE ADVANCED SYLLABUS?

There is a list of chapters, questions from that are only asked in JEE Main and hence they are called JEE Main Topics. These topics are Statistics, Mathematical Reasoning, Height and Distance, Mathematical Induction, Sets and Relations. While analyzing the previous year's papers, what I’ve seen is that one question from each of the aforementioned topics does come in JEE Main. So don’t forget to revise and practice the JEE Main Topics.
